In the context of our commitment to deliver you high standard services and premium customer experience, and as part of Aegean Airlines’ Star Alliance joining, we are in the pleasant position to inform you that we have successfully completed the upgrade of Miles&Bonus platform and systems. Under these circumstances, and due to compliance reasons, the up-to-now 7-digit alphanumeric Member IDs are replaced with new 9-digit numeric ones. Should you want to be informed about your new Member ID, you can easily do so by accessing your online Miles&Bonus account (type your current Member ID and your Password to the respective fields in the Miles&Bonus login panel and press the “Login” button).
From May 2010 we will start replacing gradually all BLUE and GOLD Miles&Bonus plastic cards, while Basic members will be able to print their new cards easily through the web, entering their online account and selecting the “Card Print” option.
Finally, it is worth noting that up until June, 30th 2010, you can use both your alphanumeric and the new numeric Member IDs for Mile Accrual and Redemption. However, from June, 30th 2010 onwards, only the new numeric Member IDs will be valid and accepted.
